Élishia Sharie, the Neo Alternative Rock artist hailing from Los Angeles, CA, is a magnetic and electric force in the music scene. Her music weaves through time and emotion, blending classic 80’s rock, 90’s alternative, and punk rock, creating a sound that transcends generations. Contrasting this sonic energy is her unapologetically soulful vocal, channeling the spirits of legends like Tina Turner and Betty Davis, making her artistry distinct and unforgettable.
Élishia Sharie’s voice narrates a story of resilience forged through pain, desperation, and eventual triumph. After a 12-year battle to recover her voice from vocal trauma, she triumphantly released her debut single, FIGHT!,—an anthem inspiring her growing fan base to fight relentlessly for their dreams, regardless of life’s hurdles.
On September 26, 2023, Élishia Sharie unleashed her debut album, The Phoenix Rises, expertly produced by Jay Vincent B, the great-grandson of the legendary American folk and blues singer Huddie “Lead Belly” Ledbetter. The Phoenix Rises also features the lyrical brilliance of rap sensation BRIELLE and the electrifying guitar prowess of Kellindo, renowned lead guitarist for the Alternative R&B luminary Janelle Monáe. The album is a powerful testament to resilience, transformation, and the indomitable human spirit, underscoring the belief that, much like a phoenix, we too can rise from life’s challenges and ascend to new heights.
Shortly after the release of her debut album, Élishia Sharie’s fierce vocals were featured on the all-female rock anthem We Can Do It (Remix), alongside acclaimed artist and “Queen of Bassists” Nik West, renowned drummer Cindy Blackman Santana, and guitarist Lari Basilio. In 2023, she took her electrifying performances to iconic stages like the Troubadour in Los Angeles and El Mocambo in Toronto, culminating in a powerful closing set at Wasteland Weekend Festival.
In 2024, Élishia Sharie’s momentum continued to grow. She electrified the Renkus-Heinz Hilton stage at NAMM 2024, headlined two shows in Times Square at the Hard Rock Cafe New York for International Women’s Day, and became a voting member of the Recording Academy. These milestones, along with her undeniable stage presence and raw vocal talent, solidify her status as one of the most dynamic voices in rock today.
